Leonard Brazil joined Clark & Trevithick in 1983 where he is a principal in the litigation and employment departments with extensive experience in federal and state courts. Leonard’s litigation practice is primarily in the areas of employment law and unfair competition. Tiffany Halimi is an associate in the tax and estate planning practice at Clark & Trevithick. Peter Hogan is an experienced corporate attorney.  Peter’s corporate practice focuses on representing middle market and emerging growth companies in initial public offerings, second offerings, mergers and acquisitions, angel and venture capital financing, 1934 Act reporting obligations, as well as the interests of broker-dealers. Peter also advises companies on corporate governance, executive employment and shareholder matters.
